Self Hypnosis--Anxiety Easing Technique



FIVE  SIMPLE  STEPS  to Ease  Away  Anxiety,  Stress  and  to  Feel Better... 




STEP 1.

Warm your hands  and  fingers  by rubbing them together briskly and then hold  your temples ( neurovasculars = the sides of your forehead-----feel  for  these  indentations )


STEP 2.

Continue to hold these  NeuroVascular pulse points until you can feel the pulses ( blood circulating ) equalizing and balancing so that BOTH sides of your Brain have blood flowing smoothly. Slow Down your Breathing even more...( this is also EXCELLENT against Head Aches !!! ) Make sure to have your jaws lose and your mouth slightly open and your neck and shoulders relaxed.


STEP 3.

Now while continuing to hold these points and
breathing slowly, evenly and deeply you can imagine and think of a situation  that  usually  makes you a bit anxious,  nervous  or  restless  or  uneasy. Start with something fairly mild to  get the basics of this drill and then  practice this with more and more strenuous  and  stressful memories, situations and events.


STEP 4.
Notice how much more relaxed and at ease you are feeling, even while reading, remembering  or imagining  situations where you used to feel uneasy  or worse. Now here is one of the KEYS to making this more and more effective------you will Now Imagine Yourself in your Future Feeling  more  Calm,  Confident   and  Relaxed  and handling yourself so  much  better.  So any similar situations to what USED to  bother  you  in the past  are now going to help you feel more Calm and Confident.

In fact,
you are now going to be Programming  yourself  to behave  more  Calmly  during  similar  Future  situations...


STEP 5.
Now  take one of your hands and place it at the BACK of your HEAD and go  through  the  same scenarios. Use one hand to  hold both of the front pulse points ( your thumb on one side and  your fingers on the other side) And with the other hand you Massage the back of your head and neck and ears and help  your  Circulation  to  flow  smoothly  and  naturally.
